'Warship' Class diesel hydraulic No. 832 'Onslaught' runs into Exeter St Davids 0n 12th June 1971 at the head of 1V34, the 07.45 Kensington Olympia - St Austell car carrier service. New to Laira (83D) from Swindon Works in February 1961, it survived in service until withdrawal in December 1972. The loco is now preserved by the Bury Hydraulic Group based at the East Lancashire Railway. It is currently on loan to the West Somerset Railway.
