Class 86 AL6 electric No. 86245 'Dudley Castle' awaits departure from Crewe on 6th August 1985 with a Manchester Piccadilly - London Euston service. New from English Electric as No. E3182 in September 1965, it was later re-numbered under TOPS. Withdrawal came in October 2003, followed by a long period in store, before finally being cut up by EMR of Kingsbury during June 2010. The loco was re-named 'Caledonian' in February 1998, which it carried until withdrawal.
