Swanwick Junction on 5th December 2012. D2858, built by the Yorkshire Engine Company for British Railways in 1960, worked in the Liverpool and Manchester area but was withdrawn in 1970. Subsequently working for Hutchinson Estate & Dock Company of Widnes, Fison Fertilizers and Lowton Metals, the shunter arrived at the Midland Railway Centre in June 2002.
