West Coast Railway Class 86/4 No. 86401 Mons Meg leads Class 47 No. 47814 Great Western through Tamworth Low Level on 26th April 2024. The train is the 1100 Carnforth Steamtown - Rugby Northern Belle ECS, ahead of the working from Coventry to Carlisle next day. In the event 86401 appears to have failed at Rugby, with 47815 hauling the charter to Carnforth with the Class 86 dit, where 34067 Tangmere was scheduled to take over for the run over Shap.
