Class 47/4 No. 47471 Norman Tunna G.C speeds south at Eryholme on 2nd July 1983, with Mk2 First Class stock forming the 13:05 Edinburgh to London King's Cross additional service. Norman Tunna was awarded the George Cross for uncoupling a train which was being bombed during WW2.
