One of the smallest Stations in the UK, Blackwell Mill Halt near Millers Dale, is seen here on 20th April 1968. The one coach platforms were closed in March 1967. On the left hand platform is a platelayers hut that was used as a shelter. The platforms and hut are still extant in 2019, albeit in a forest of trees at the end on the Monsal trail.
