Between 1st and 9th June the NRM at Shildon held their Festival of Early Railways. Guest engines included Planet, from the Museum of Science and Industry, Manchester; Rocket, from the National Railway Museum, York and Locomotion No. 1 from Beamish. On the 2nd June Rocket heads along the demonstration line.
