Broad Gauge Steam in the Adelaide Hills, Victorian Railways No. K190 storms up the bank between Bridgewater and Aldgate on a cool May day in 1981 on a steam special from Melbourne. Now in 2011, the old broad gauge track has been standardised along with concrete sleepers and the running of steam locos over this section is nothing but a faint memory. Those were the days.
