All the colours of the rainbow. These East Midlands trains 156's are very brightly coloured ! After a heavy shower the sun came out and against the dark sky this vivid rainbow appeared just as the train came into view, I reached for my camera and just as it was time to press the shutter the cloud enveloped the scene. It seems the pot of gold is in the church yard at Radcliffe on Trent. East Midlands trains No. 156411 passes Rectory Junction signal box, Nottingham at 18.14 on Tuesday 13th September 2011 with 2S22 the 16.11 Skegness to Nottingham service.
