Captured crossing the second of two flood defences installed in the Axe Valley between Axminster and Chard Junction is the Network Rail New Measurement Train (NMT). HST Power cars 43062 'John Armitt' and 43014 provide the motive power for the 05:41 Reading Triangle Sidings to Salisbury via Exeter New Yard NMT working on 17th January 2019. This location is close to the village of Waggs Plot on the eastern outskirts of Axminster.
