According to weather forecasters, it has been the warmest new year since records since records began with temperatures reaching 16.2C. Here at Ashley Hill under unseasonably warm but dull conditions, DBC Class 66/0 No. 66119 is on full power atop the diverted 11:15 Westerleigh-Robeston tanks with classmate No. 66035 'Resourceful' attached at the rear on 31st December 2021. The diversions were due to track renewals being undertaken at Stoke Gifford in addition to engineering work taking place between Standish Junction and Charfield.
