On 3rd August 2019 Transport for Wales in conjunction with West Coast Railways ran a charter train from Chester to Blaenau Ffestiniog and return, to celebrate the re-opening of the Conwy Valley line in it's full length through to Blaenau Ffestiniog. Pictured hereh on the 3rd August 2019 is LMS 8F No. 48151 leading LMS Jubilee Class No. 45690 Leander as they run round the stock at Llandudno Jct after having arrived from Blaenau Ffestiniog with the return working 'Conwy Quest' charter on it's way to Chester. The headboard reads 'Rheilffordd Dyffryn Conwy'.
