Class 90/1 No. 90146, in Railfreight triple grey livery with Distribution decals, approaches Crewe Station from the north hauling a selection of tank wagons on 11th April 1992. Built at Crewe Works during 1990 she entered service as No. 90046 but was renumbered as No. 90146 from July 1991 to December 2001 for freight use with a reduced top speed of 75mph and the ETH supply isolated. 25 years on from this image she is still based at Crewe operating for Freightliner as Class 90 No. 90046.
