On 25th July 2017, DB Cargo Class 66/0 No. 66136, which carries special 'Yiwu-London' vinyls to promote the arrival of the first overland train from China to the Barking Rail Freight Terminal in the UK, is seen approaching Eaglescliffe with an infrtastructure train from Doncaster Belmont Down yard to Tyne Yard. DB Cargo Class 90 No. 90029, was part of the consist, 'dead in tow'.
