The initial section of the Cross City Link between Victoria and St Peter's Square on the Manchester Metrolink recently opened as far as the first stop at Exchange Sq and a temporary turnback is situated beyond Exchange Sq. where Tram No. 3093 reverses before heading for Rochdale on 27th December 2015.
