LMS Royal Scot Class No. 46115 'Scots Guardsman' approaches Stafford on 7th November 2014 on a Carnforth to Southall positioning move ready for a rail tour that weekend from London St. Pancras to Lincoln. This was believed to be the first time in preservation that a Royal Scot had run south from Crewe along the WCML.
