Two generations of Great Western power are seen here at Plymouth on 10th May 2014 as Great Western 'Castle' No. 5043 'Earl Of Mount Edgcumbe' is seen flanked by a Great Western HST about to depart to London Paddington. The 'Castle' is preparing to head Vintage Trains 1Z48 working to Oxford and Solihull, complete with smokebox route coding and note the Great Western and GWR embellishments to the front buffers.
