Class 47/4 No. 47553 at Crewe with the 12:45 Holyhead - Euston on 22nd August 1986. The 47 was replaced by an ac electric for the run to Euston. The 47 was built at Brush Traction and entered service as D1956 on 22nd December 1966 to London Midland Western Lines and under TOPS became 47260 on 23rd February 1974. She became 47551 on 19th September 1974 and 47803 on 21st March 1989. She was withdrawn on 26th April 1995 and sold to Fragonset in September 2001 and moved to Peak Rail for storage on 11th December 2002. The duff was cut up at Ron Hull Junior, Rotherham in February 2007.
