Class 86 No. 86211 City of Milton Keynes at Birmingham New Street on 12th July 1984. The 86 was built at the Vulcan Foundry and entered traffic as No. E3147 on 2nd April 1966 and was involved in the accident at Colwich Junction on 19th September 1986, being withdrawn on 4th November that year. The loco was disposed of by BREL staff at Crewe Works in September 1987.
