Ex-LMS 'Coronation' Class 8P Pacific No. 46233 'Duchess of Sutherland' and her support coach crosses over tracks adjacent to Lichfield TV Junction signalbox in order to traverse the single line chord from the high level to the low level to join the West Coast Main Line on Friday 14th June 2013 while working 5Z43, 10:20 Butterley (MRC) to Carnforth Steamtown. The locomotive was en-route to Carnforth in preparation for the following day's Vintage Trains 'The Cumbrian Conqueror' charter train scheduled to work double-heading with GWR 'Castle' Class 4-6-0 No. 5043 'Earl of Mount Edgcumbe' from Carnforth to Carlisle via Shap before heading south with the return working through to Tyseley Warwick Road.
