Class 172 two-car unit No. 172001 is pictured on the up goods line at Wetmore, Burton-on-Trent on Saturday 1st June 2013 working the 09:26 Willesden to Derby Litchurch Lane stock movement. It is assumed the unit was returning to the Bombardier workshops at Derby in order for some repair work to be carried out.
