A brace of DRS locomotives, Class 66 No. 66424 and Class 47 No. 47828, head north across the Hundred Foot Washes, near Manea on the Ely to Peterborough line, with a Stowmarket DGL to Crewe Gresty Bridge working on 4th March 2013. The Class 47 had been on Thunderbird duties on the GEML since December until apparently suffering problems of its own at the end of February.
