BR Standard Class 5 4-6-0 No. 73050 'City of Peterborough' and BR Standard Class 8P 4-6-2 No. 71000 'Duke of Gloucester' double head the 13:00 Wansford to Peterborough N.V service, on 10th September 2011. Purposefully recreated during the Nene Valley Railway’s East Meets West Steam Gala, this is the first time the locomotives have been seen together since the International Railway Congress, held at Willesden in 1954.
