During an Open Day at Tyseley on April 16 1990 King Class 4-6-0 No. 6024 King Edward I was used on a series of shuttles within Tyseley sidings between there and the Birmingham Museum sited adjacent to the BR sidings. The King is seen climbing out of the sidings on the 1st leg of the shuttle service to the museum.
