On a cold but sunny Monday 17th January 2011, Northern Rail No. 153378 comes to a stand at Thornton Abbey Station, Lincolnshire with the 11.58 Barton to Cleethorpes service. The impressive running in boards were restored by the Friends of the Barton Line in September 2009 and are believed to be of LNER origin.
