On two consecutive Sundays in September to commemorate the 175th anniversary of the formation of the GWR steam returned to the Looe branch in Cornwall for the first time in almost 50-years under the name 'The Looe Valley Explorer'. On 19th September 2010 No. 37685 leads the 17.10 from Liskeard into the Cornish terminus with GWR 0-6-0PT number 9466 tailing the 4-coach working.
