Shortly after departure from York on 18th September 2010, LMS 'Coronation' No. 6233 'Duchess of Sutherland' passes the yards heading north with the 'Tyne Valley Tourer' from Peterborough. The steam loco had replaced diesel traction at York and was routed via Durham and Hexham to Carlisle, before returning via the S&C as far as Hellifield.
