40145 “East Lancashire Railway” runs round the stock having arrived with Compass Tours’ 1Z57 06.30 Barrow-in-Furness to Aberystwyth “Cambrian Coast Explorer”, and runs to Machynlleth to be refuelled. It had coasted downhill into Machynlleth after suffering power loss.
